Michael S. Graham serves as the Deputy Director of the Western Washington Clean Cities Coalition and the Columbia-Willamette Clean Cities Coalition.

Over the past six years, Michael has helped organizations across Oregon and Washington adopt cleaner, more cost-effective transportation solutions through his expertise in fleet electrification and alternative fuels.

A proud University of Oregon alumnus—Go Ducks!—Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a Master’s in Community & Regional Planning. His work supports organizations transitioning to medium- and heavy-duty fleet electrification, covering everything from grant applications to on-the-ground implementation. Michael also collaborates with members and stakeholders across the Pacific Northwest to address the changing needs of the industry.

His favorite part of the job? Helping fleets navigate the challenges of adopting cleaner technologies and seeing the real-world impact of reduced emissions and greater sustainability.

We’re proud to have Michael’s leadership driving our mission forward, one clean fleet at a time!
