The WSU Green Transportation Program presents a special webinar for public fleets.
Because public fleets are under pressure from policy makers and the public to go all electric vehicles. EVs cost more to purchase, but they cost less to operate. How big is the difference? Is it enough?
The Atlas Fleet Procurement Analysis Tool equips users with decision-relevant information on the financial viability and environmental impact of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicle fleet procurements. This easy-to-use Microsoft Excel-based tool can evaluate a variety of procurement ownership structures, vehicle types, and procurement scenarios. The tool compares procurements side-by-side on a cost-per-mile basis and provides an analysis of cash flows and location-specific lifecycle emissions. The tool is highly flexible, supports customizable sensitivity variables, and produces user-friendly results summaries.

Plug In America's paid supporters are invited to join Policy Director Katherine Stainken and Policy Specialist Peter O'Connor for a conference call briefing on EV advocacy over the past year and what we're working on in 2020.
This webinar will describe several ways in which urban planners are working with data sources and colleagues in public health and healthcare. Case studies show how collaboration is being used to improve planners’ ability to make data-driven decisions, measure the outcomes of a program that expands transit access, and broaden their understanding of how well the built environment and transportation access are helping to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of residents. This webinar will inform planners, DOTs, and researchers of existing resources that can be used in new ways.
